Meet Attorney Rosie Streeter Magliano

Attorney Rosie Streeter Magliano is the proud owner of The Streeter Law Firm, P.A., based in Winter Haven, Florida, where she was born and raised. A Polk County native, Rosie boasts a robust background in family law, criminal justice, and personal injury.

Rosie earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Sociology and Criminology from The Florida State University. She continued her academic journey at FSU, obtaining a Master of Science in Criminal Justice, with coursework emphasizing criminological theory and urban policing challenges. Rosie then achieved her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Florida Coastal School of Law.

During her law studies, Rosie distinguished herself as a Student Ambassador and served as the parliamentarian for the Student Bar Association. She honed her litigation skills through active participation in Mock Trial, Moot Court, and the Caribbean Law Clinic. Notably, she contributed to her team's semi-final placement in the Florida Justice Association Zehmer Mock Trial Competition, a first for her school in over a decade.

Rosie's personal injury expertise was shaped by her tenure at prominent firms such as Morgan & Morgan and Parks & Crump. At Parks & Crump, she collaborated with renowned attorneys Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump on cases involving medical malpractice, wrongful death, nursing home negligence, and catastrophic car accidents. At Morgan & Morgan, she gained valuable experience assisting with post-lawsuit personal injury cases.

Rosie's upbringing in a traditional and blended family has given her a profound appreciation for the importance of family unity and values. This personal insight fuels her commitment to creating stable home environments and advocating for family law rights. While she is a compassionate advocate, Rosie also provides assertive representation to safeguard her clients' interests.
